Delivery Information
We know you're excited to receive your order, so we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our delivery process:
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 within the UK. (for international orders, shipping costs may apply based on your location)
For most UK orders under £150 our delivery charge will be £4.20.
Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, it may take a bit longer but we'll always keep you updated.
For UK orders, standard delivery via Royal Mail typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We work with Royal Mail to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. You'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or want to return your items for a different size, our returns information is detailed below;
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.
Sale items are non-refundable, except in cases where they are damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Pack your item securely, using the original packaging.
2. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Send your package to: Whitby Yard, 85 Church Street, Whitby, YO22 4BH, United Kingdom.
Please note: you are responsible for your return shipping costs - we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your refunded item, we'll check it over and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. Here's what you can expect:
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly once your return is approved.
There are certain situations where sadly no refunds can be granted, these are:
Sale items are non-refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (including original tags).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have been through each of the steps above and you still have not received your refund, do of course get in touch with us using the details below and we will look into it for you.
